The HR Data Analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights and analytics to support HR decision-making processes, including data analysis and reporting, remuneration, stakeholder collaboration, compliance, and process improvement. This role requires a strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, statistics, or related analytical field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Analytics, using Excel, PowerBI and similar tools
- Exposure to remuneration data analytics would be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with, analyse and report on data
- Ability to deal with complexity, ambiguity and constant change
- Commitment to excellence and high-quality delivery
- Mature with high EQ and ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to communicate effectively
