The HR Data Analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights and analytics to support HR decision-making processes, including data analysis and reporting, remuneration, stakeholder collaboration, compliance, and process improvement. This role requires a strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, statistics, or related analytical field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Analytics, using Excel, PowerBI and similar tools
  • Exposure to remuneration data analytics would be advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with, analyse and report on data
  • Ability to deal with complexity, ambiguity and constant change
  • Commitment to excellence and high-quality delivery
  • Mature with high EQ and ability to work with confidential information
  • Ability to communicate effectively
