Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering closely with various internal stakeholders to provide critical insights and strategic guidance to improve the sales function.
This person will own the Revenue Operations vertical and will be expected to deliver from strategy all the way to implementing actionable change within the go-to-market teams.
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, optimising profitability, and supporting key decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the revenue operation function; internally supporting forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales execution.
- Enforce process adoption, including MEDDPICC methodology and forecasting
- Responsible for the tech stack optimisation (Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clari, etc.).
- Develop and refine reporting to provide real-time insights into regional performance, helping sales leaders make data-driven decisions.
- Manage day-to-day GTM operations: territory assignments, quota tracking, lead routing, pipeline reviews, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure Salesforce hygiene, governance, and data integrity to support decision-making.
- Lead deal desk operations, helping structure and execute complex deals in partnership with finance, operations and legal teams.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between GTM functions and the wider organisation by refining workflows and removing bottlenecks.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in a revenue operations function (or similar)
- Adept problem-solving capabilities through data analysis to provide actionable recommendations
- Strong experience converting these recommendations into key deliverables, and delivering at pace
- Strong commercial acumen to understand the business landscape, identify opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and system configuration
- Strong user of Salesforce and business systems
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across various levels of the organisation
- Great organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey insights and facilitate collaborative decision-making
- Experience in a fast-paced growth organisation
