The Employer Brand Manager (Group) will shape and deliver a bold, stand-out employer brand strategy for Tesco, positioning the company as the number one retail employer of choice. This involves bringing the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life through high-impact campaigns, always-on advocacy, and a strong social presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand, employer brand, recruitment marketing or communications
- Strong grasp of campaign planning, social strategy and compelling storytelling
- Experience collaborating with creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality, impactful work
- Confidence navigating complex stakeholder environments within large, matrix organisations
