Senior Field Marketing Manager (EMEA)

Docker is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager for EMEA to lead the marketing work that turns EMEA’s developer base and partner ecosystem into regional pipeline. The role will shape how Docker shows up across EMEA for sales leaders, strategic channel partners, ISVs, and enterprise buyers, translating global campaign infrastructure into regional pipeline, deeper account penetration, and enterprise conversion across the region’s priority markets.

Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B growth marketing
• At least 6 years leading regional marketing, field marketing, or partner marketing across EMEA
• Demonstrated ownership of regional pipeline targets
• Proven partner and channel marketing track record
• Cross-cultural operating experience across multiple EMEA markets
• Developer, Developer-adjacent, and/or technical audience experience preferred
