Job Title
The Sales Operations & Business Performance Lead will work at the interface of data, sales and strategy to ensure the company’s growth remains measurable, controllable and scalable. The role involves building a performance monitoring system, reporting and data products, learning and team enablement, sales process and operations, and sales excellence support.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in an analytical, process-oriented or strategic role
- Well-developed analytical understanding and work confidently with data, dashboards and KPIs
- Best practices in sales processes, performance monitoring and enablement
