Requirements
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and prospects
- Manage a high volume of outbound phone calls to sell transportation solutions
- Grow a book of business through identifying, sourcing, and developing relationships with prospective clients
- Present comprehensive logistics and supply chain solutions to customers
- Prepare accurate quotes for new and existing business partners
- Collaborate closely with the Capacity team to secure load coverage and dispatch arrangements
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and carriers by consistently delivering unmatched customer service
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote and sell additional services
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, lead generation, and sales funnel
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems that may arise in the course of business
