Domestic Account Executive I drives new business growth and expands customer base within logistics and supply chain industry through exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and prospects
  • Manage a high volume of outbound phone calls to sell transportation solutions
  • Grow a book of business through identifying, sourcing, and developing relationships with prospective clients
  • Present comprehensive logistics and supply chain solutions to customers
  • Prepare accurate quotes for new and existing business partners
  • Collaborate closely with the Capacity team to secure load coverage and dispatch arrangements
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and carriers by consistently delivering unmatched customer service
  • Utilize upselling techniques to promote and sell additional services
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, lead generation, and sales funnel
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems that may arise in the course of business
