As an Associate Manager, Account Management, you will serve as a key partner to top-tier retailers, helping guide them through planning, launch, optimization, and measurement. You will collaborate closely with Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless execution and help surface insights that support retailer and Symbiosys growth.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in account management, client success, or campaign management in digital media, retail media, or adtech.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across DSPs, retailer platforms, or social platforms, with comfort navigating more complex setups.
- Understanding of digital advertising KPIs, pacing, and optimization levers and ability to apply them to build strong recommendations.
- Proficiency in building proposals, managing insertion orders, and working across planning tools and spreadsheets with accuracy.
- Ability to confidently lead client conversations and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented while managing multiple campaigns and shifting priorities.
- Ownership and a proactive mindset—comfortable identifying issues, proposing solutions, and improving processes where needed.
