Requirements
- 6–8+ years of employer brand or recruitment marketing experience
- Supported technical hiring (engineering, product, AI/ML)
- Worked across international markets (India required; Brazil strongly preferred)
- Strategic and execution-oriented
- Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from scratch
- Comfortable advising senior stakeholders
- Actively uses AI tools to enhance marketing workflows and output
