Role Overview
As a Manager, Sales Development, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, oversee the generation of new business opportunities, and qualify leads to support the sales pipeline. You will manage team performance, drive strategic sales initiatives, and execute prospecting strategies.
What You Will Do
Lead a team of Sales Development professionals, drive performance, coach for skill development, and ensure alignment with regional sales targets and pipeline goals. Perform analysis of outreach, work with sales leadership to build and execute on strategic growth plans, and develop scalable sales systems and processes.
