Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Define and execute the APAC CRM & Sales Operations strategy in alignment with global objectives and regional priorities, delivering a comprehensive CRM strategy, governance framework, adoption plan, and data quality standards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability of customer and pipeline data.
  • Champion CRM adoption across APAC, embedding it as the central platform for commercial intelligence, decision-making, and performance management, while overseeing forecasting, pipeline management, account allocation, and quota-setting to align resources with growth opportunities.
  • Implement and standardize sales processes, reporting frameworks, and operational tools across clusters to improve scalability, sales productivity, and revenue realization, partnering with commercial leaders to drive operational improvements that enhance sales discipline, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes.
  • Consolidate and analyze commercial performance data from stakeholders across APAC into cohesive, executive-ready reports and dashboards, providing strategic recommendations to influence priorities and support decision-making for the APAC Chief Commercial Officer – Commercial Logistics.
  • Represent APAC in global CRM and sales operations initiatives, ensuring regional needs are addressed, best practices are adopted, and cross-functional alignment with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Operations is achieved.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in CRM, sales operations, or commercial excellence.
  • Proven track record in CRM transformation, data governance, and sales process optimization within a matrix, multinational environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to consolidate and interpret complex data into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms, BI tools (e.g., Power BI), Excel, and PowerPoint; experience in logistics or supply chain preferred.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
