Branch Sales Manager

We are looking for a Branch Sales Manager to lead Loan Officers in meeting or exceeding branch/company objectives. The role involves coaching, training, and supervising Loan Officers, as well as reviewing reports and leading meetings.

Requirements

• Coach Loan Officers on sales techniques
• Review reports and track performance metrics
• Lead weekly Loan Officer meetings and attend meetings with the builder
• Supervise Loan Officers and make hiring, training, and performance decisions
