We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our sales team based in Madrid to cover the regions of DACH. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.

Requirements

  • Representing our company’s products and services
  • Proactively seeking new leads and business opportunities
  • Using Salesforce (CRM, sales engagement platform), cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Identifying best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
  • Identifying prospects’ needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
  • Reporting to the sales manager with weekly and monthly results
  • Market analysis (news, studies, reports) to update priorities and help with the POD strategy
  • Marketing activities (exploring beneficial events, associations, etc.) to help boost awareness and find quality leads
