Who We Need:

We’re looking for an email marketing expert with a data-centric approach to optimization and an understanding of the marketing and sales funnel. You will work to create and optimize our database marketing and email nurture strategy to deliver scalable, predictable business value. We need a detail-oriented team player who can work collaboratively and build bridges with stakeholders on multiple teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Development, execution, and optimization of our global nurture programs across various personas, topics, and industries
  • End to end strategy of email drip/nurture campaigns to provide existing customers and prospective customers with relevant and industry-leading content across the buyer’s journey, both in the long term and short term
  • Send best in class emails that drive sales pipeline and enhance brand image and awareness
  • Develop A/B testing plans to improve email performance indicators, including deliverability, open rates, click rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and sales pipeline
  • Continually monitor and improve database hygiene and email deliverability
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of all campaign initiatives and optimize based on learnings
  • Regularly communicate upcoming email campaigns and report on status and results to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Own the email marketing calendar to keep our database engaged with the latest news, content, and events

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

  • 3+ years of experience running successful email nurture programs
  • Strong understanding of the buyer’s journey and how to serve the right audience the right content at the right time
  • Experience collaborating with other teams including but not limited to: Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Sales Development, Creative Design
  • Proven ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic Marketo knowledge preferred
