Role Overview
As a Sales Executive – Inside Sales, you will be a driven sales professional who excels in telephonic sales and is consistently able to close deals. You will be responsible to build and maintain large portfolios for many organisations while over-achieving sales targets.
What You Will Do
Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales; Prospect customers using various sources from cold, warm, and hot leads; Qualify prospects against product, service, and company’s requirements; Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of proposed packages that would suit their needs;
Why It Might Be a Fit
Persuasive with strong communication skills to close deals; Tactful, intelligent, and improvising skills to handle client’s objections in any way; Maintain a high number of daily calls and daily closures; Aggressive follow up skills to ensure that deadlines are met;
Requirements
- High school/ Secondary school
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiar with Zendesk, CRMs’ (Salesforce a plus)
- Bi-lingual is a plus
