The Account Manager’s role is to act as the main client-facing representative of Hyperspect and manage the entire relationship. You will act as their point of contact and liaison from their team to ours.

Main responsibilities:

Onboard new clients in a high quality way

  • Hold 2-3 guided onboarding sessions with each client to get them up to speed on process
  • Coordinate asset turnover from client (messaging, suppression lists, marketing collateral, CRM integration keys)
  • Coordinate internal team to kick off the first client project and make sure everyone has what they need to launch the project

Develop the Account Plan

  • Work with the Campaign Strategist to fill out the client’s quarterly account plan with milestones, campaigns, campaign launch dates, and other material

Coordinate ongoing requests with internal project team members

  • Project manage all client campaigns with internal team members (infrastructure, copy, campaigns, lists)
  • Keep ClickUp spotless and up-to-date with current statuses, assignees, start and due dates
  • Relentlessly follow up with both the client and the team for outstanding deliverables to drive all internal projects forward
  • Respond to client requests and ensure timely delivery

Interview successful clients and create Case Studies based on their responses

  • Request permission from successful clients and interview them about their experience
  • Coordinate the creation of case studies internally for marketing purposes

Upsell existing customers on higher levels of service

  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and other ways to maximize revenue from existing clients

Conduct ongoing performance reviews with the client

  • Hold weekly status calls and walk the client through their Performance Reporting dashboard
  • Hold Monthly Performance Reviews to identify areas where we need to adjust the campaign strategy
  • Hold Quarterly Reviews to gauge progress, cost per lead, and other longer-scale metrics with the client
  • Work with the Campaign Strategist and other team members to coordinate creating and delivering the various materials involved in these reviews.



  • 1-3 years of proven experience in project management and account management in a service-based business
  • S. or Canada-based
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and strategic planning skills.
  • Sound knowledge of performance reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of ClickUp
  • Preferred: previous experience in a project management role for technical / development projects or a project management role for a lead generation agency.
  • Preferred: knowledge of lead generation, sales & revenue operations, outbound sales, and cold email outreach.
