Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement and will be adept at managing the full sales cycle, from policy development to the optimization of sales management tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of working experience in designing and implementing regional sales operation strategies based on strategic goals.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Salesforce.com (SFDC) or other CRM systems.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering CRM system projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes.
  • Ability to design effective incentive programs to boost sales productivity and retention.
  • Experience in building standardized sales toolkits and leveraging knowledge management systems to improve sales team performance.
  • Capability in talent development through structured training systems to accelerate the growth of business and cultivate top sales performers.
  • A collaborative and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prior experience in professional service industry is a plus.
