Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in information management, computer science, or data-related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access, with ability to understand data structures and apply logic
  • Detail-oriented with strong data sensitivity and sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
  • English: able to read field definitions and write simple work-related documentation (CET4+)
  • Quick learner, team player
  • Basic SQL skills; able to use existing query templates for data extraction and simple analysis
  • Awareness of data governance, master data, or data quality concepts
  • Willingsness to learn automation or AI-assisted tools
