Data Analyst – EPESI (Enterprise Performance Evaluation & Strategic Initiative)

Data Analyst – EPESI position is available at Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC). The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, passion for healthcare analytics, and excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills. The Data Analyst will lead the development and maintenance of systems and processes for data collection and reporting, contribute to key performance indicator (KPI) development, and ensure data quality and integrity across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite
• Certification in database management is an asset
• Minimum 2 years of experience in database management and business data analysis
• Experience with Telus PS Suite and other database systems
• Ability to align data analysis with strategic goals
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
