We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Data Analyst to support our multi-site organization across Durham Region. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a passion for healthcare analytics, and excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite
- Certification in database management is an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in database management and business data analysis
- Experience with Telus PS Suite and other database systems
- Ability to align data analysis with strategic goals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience working collaboratively in a community-based, interdisciplinary team
- Experience in adult education and delivering training is an asset
- Experience in healthcare, community health centres, or the non-profit sector is an asset
