Dutch-Speaking Account Manager in Barcelona w/ Relocation

We are seeking a Dutch-Speaking Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona and support the Dutch market. The role involves guiding Dutch companies in optimizing their online advertising strategies, identifying business growth opportunities, and meeting sales targets.

Requirements

  • C1-minimum Dutch proficiency
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 to 12 months of experience in online advertising or PPC campaigns
  • 6 to 12 months of experience in outbound sales, ideally B2B
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing and sales

Benefits

  • Full-time role (39 hours/week), Monday to Friday
  • Permanent contract
  • Competitive salary: €23,000 – €30,000 gross/year (based on experience)
  • Performance-based bonus: Up to €3,000 – €3,500 gross/year
