Sales Operations Executive

DVI Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join their team in the Philippines. This role involves managing sales orders, handling RMA processes, and ensuring order flow, fulfillment, and excellent customer experience. The role works closely with regional teams and provides support to sales, logistics, and finance functions.

Requirements

• Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment
• Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs)
• Maintain accurate sales transaction records
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams
