Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will spearhead the implementation and streamlining of our global revenue-generating processes and operations. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, finance and other business functions to ensure alignment across our processes and systems. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth and achieving operational excellence. This is a high-impact role that demands a “can-do” attitude, exceptional ownership, and a passion for scaling efficiently and effectively.
This role can be based in either of our offices in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimisation: Design and implement scalable and repeatable processes for lead generation, opportunity management, revenue attribution and churn reduction. Continuously refine processes based on evolving trends and best practices.
Systems & Tools Management: Lead the direction and hands-on implementation of revenue operations tools and systems, ensuring capability. Ensure standardisation, accuracy and integrity of data across systems. Manage and integrate other revenue-related automation tools for custom workflows and integrations.
Reporting & Analytics: Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), reports and dashboards that track revenue and operational performance. Proactively identify and report on trends and providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong cross-functional alignment and collaboration between sales, marketing, finance and our other business functions. Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey and maximise customer lifetime value.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and optimise and innovate on revenue operations processes, systems and performance. Lead data-driven initiatives to improve revenue performance and operational efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), including customisations, advanced workflows, automations, and reporting
- Track record of operational excellence in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and sales methodologies
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, anticipate trends, and develop innovative solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve ambitious revenue targets and KPIs
