Requirements
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or commercial management
- Deep knowledge of distributor models, travel retail, and Latin American market dynamics
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
- Proven success negotiating with distributors, agents, or retailers
- Skilled in market analysis, business case preparation, and commercial forecasting
