EarnIn is seeking a highly creative Senior Product Designer to join their Growth team. This role focuses on driving user acquisition, activation, and engagement with EarnIn’s ecosystem. The designer will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing partners to shape how people discover, understand, and get value from their products. The position is hybrid, offering flexibility and in-office work.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products or growth-focused experiences
- Strong portfolio showcasing experimentation, creative concepting, and measurable impact
- Deep understanding of conversion design, behavioral psychology, and user motivation
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Skilled in Figma, prototyping tools, and modern design workflows
