Role Overview

EarthCam is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement to lead the training, onboarding, sales process, and operational support infrastructure behind our growing sales organization. This role is heavily focused on sales training, coaching support, CRM process adoption, and managing the Sales Administration team that supports Territory Sales Representatives and Account Managers throughout the sales cycle.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage the Sales Administration team, develop and improve onboarding programs, create and maintain sales training materials, reinforce CRM standards, and support coaching initiatives to improve execution and accountability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, sales training, or sales support leadership
  • Experience managing sales support, sales administration, or enablement teams
  • Strong background in CRM management, pipeline processes, reporting workflows, and sales operations
  • Demonstrated experience building onboarding programs, training systems, or sales process documentation
  • Experience supporting sales organizations in a technology, SaaS, construction technology, or solution-based environment preferred
  • Strong familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Experience improving operational workflows and sales process efficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional
