Customer Service/Inside Sales

Eastern Industrial Automation is seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative in Bedford, NH. The role involves interacting with customers, providing technical support, and cultivating relationships with manufacturing partners. Requirements

• High School Diploma
• At least 1-2 years of Customer Service / Inside Sales experience
• Knowledge of mechanical / electrical equipment and parts preferred
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn our product line
• Ability to research to secure product information
• Strong computer skills – ERP systems (Epicor Profit 21 experience a plus), MS Office Products with emphasis on Excel skills
• Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and both verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 35 pounds

Benefits

• Uncapped commission potential after six months of employment
• $60,000 – $70,000 a year
