We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst with Marketing Analytics experience for a newly-created, hands-on leadership role. The role will involve shaping how marketing decisions are made, building scalable data foundations, and providing technical leadership. The successful candidate will lead the development of data-driven solutions, experimentation frameworks, and advanced analytics capabilities to enable smarter, faster marketing decisions.
Requirements
- Experience mentoring or leading a team data analysts
- Strong experience in SQL and Python
- Proven experience in data modelling/analytics engineering (e.g. dbt, SQL transformations)
- Experience working with modern data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks or Snowflake)
- Solid understanding of data pipelines and data architecture (e.g. bronze/silver/gold layers)
- Strong analytical thinking — able to translate business problems into data solutions
- Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to influence decisions
