Sales Development Representative

EatClub is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and build a pipeline that drives growth across markets. As an SDR, you will work closely with Account Executives, Business Development Managers, and sales leaders to qualify prospects, book meetings, and fuel the broader sales motion.

Requirements

  • Make 50 to 100+ outbound calls per day to restaurant owners and decision-makers
  • Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile and book meetings for AEs or BDMs
  • Build and manage your own pipeline to consistently exceed monthly targets
  • Partner with AEs, BDMs, and State Sales Managers to prioritise high-value opportunities
  • Track all activity in HubSpot, keeping data accurate, clean, and actionable
  • Continuously test and refine your outreach approach to improve results
  • Support market launches, campaign pilots, and other strategic sales projects
  • Gather insights on competitors, local trends, and restaurant behaviour to inform strategy
