Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, customer support, renewals, or related roles within software or technology environments
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience managing customer lifecycles, contract terms, and renewal processes
