The Product Line Sales Manager will drive profitable growth of Eaton’s Life Safety portfolio across the assigned region through country sales organisations. This role requires commercial leadership, strategy, and execution, working closely with country sales teams and operational partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience within the Life Safety market or a closely related industry
- Degree or equivalent professional experience. Engineering degree is a plus
- Strong background in commercial, product line, or sales enablement roles within a matrix organisation
- Proven commercial experience supporting or leading large accounts through distributors and systems integrators
- Strong working knowledge of Life Safety solutions, standards, and market dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage internal stakeholders across multiple countries and functions
