Senior Financial Analyst

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. Serve as a business partner to the Plant Manager by providing accurate and timely financial information related to the production load plan, site expenses, cost savings initiatives, special analyses, headcount, and other key metrics.

Requirements

• Assist Plant Finance Manager in preparing and monitoring the Finance / Accounting activities
• Prepare, understand and interpret financial statements; P&L, Balance Sheet, and other financial measures
• Lead systems implementation and upgrades; making recommendations for process improvement
• Promote an atmosphere of continuous improvement
• Establish and maintain internal controls and evaluation of plant systems for conformance to division and corporate guidelines
• Assess the development needs of Finance / Accounting personnel and help develop employees through training and motivation
