Eaton’s North American Sales (NAS) division is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager, Sales Enablement. This hybrid position can be based anywhere in the United States that is within 50 miles of an Eaton sales facility, and it requires up to 25% travel by air.
Requirements
- Facilitate Salesforce and other sales enablement digital tools training
- Maintain the NAS Leadership System
- Develop and deliver leader skill development training
- Conduct external research and benchmarking
- Collaborate with teams across North American Sales, Commercial Digitalization, Marketing Communications, IT, Finance, Talent Management, and other teams in Eaton
