Role Overview
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist who will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive operational efficiency, improve visibility into performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making. This role will be pivotal in aligning all revenue-generating functions and ensuring smooth, scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Design, implement, and refine end-to-end revenue processes across Sales, Marketing, and CS to reduce friction and increase productivity.
- CRM & Tool Management: Own the administration and optimization of our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and other GTM tools; ensure clean, actionable data.
- Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, conversion rates, funnel performance, and other revenue KPIs.
- Forecasting & Planning: Support accurate forecasting by providing real-time data insights and working closely with leadership to plan sales and revenue targets.
- Lead & Deal Flow Management: Ensure efficient lead handoff between marketing and sales, proper tracking of lead status, and timely follow-ups.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and CS to ensure alignment on goals, KPIs, and execution plans.
- Tech Stack Integration: Evaluate and implement integrations between WhatsApp, CRMs, automation tools, and other platforms for better operational flow.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Clear understanding of B2B sales funnels, lead lifecycle, and revenue metrics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WhatsApp integrations or messaging platforms.
- Familiarity with outbound and inbound marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of SQL or data querying tools.
