Requirements
- Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, and others).
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on a daily basis to achieve the best performance.
- Develop clear strategies to increase followers and engagement across social media accounts.
- Create and implement lead generation strategies while optimizing cost per lead.
- Analyze data and prepare detailed performance reports for management.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce effective marketing materials.
- Manage internal communication between the marketing team and other departments (Sales, Customer Service, Management) to ensure message alignment and integration.
- Organize meetings and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow and execution of marketing plans.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve the highest possible ROI.
- Design basic marketing creatives and collaborate on visual content production when needed.
