Team Lead Product Operations VAT Compliance

Role Overview

Lead a team of VAT data specialists and a data analyst, ensuring tax-relevant processes, data, and standards meet the highest quality and compliance requirements. Provide regular status updates to management, the product team, and legal.

What You Will Do

Make informed decisions in escalation situations, prioritize requirements independently, and optimize processes around data quality, documentation, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of VAT and regulatory requirements
• Several years of experience in leading teams professionally and disciplinarily
• Proven successes in leading projects or operational areas with interface functions
• Outstanding decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Very good German and English skills (both at least C1)
