The Senior Business Development Specialist – Retail Services will drive strategic revenue growth for eClerx across Retail Services clients, originating, shaping, and closing large, complex deals by positioning eClerx’s capabilities across operations, analytics, digital transformation, AI, and managed services.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end business development for assigned retail accounts and new logo pursuits
- Drive consultative, value-based selling of eClerx solutions across banking operations, analytics, digital, AI, process re-engineering, and managed services
- Partner with CXOs and senior leadership stakeholders at client organizations to identify transformation opportunities
