Role Overview

As a Sales Development Manager, you will build and grow profitable client relationships with commercial businesses to protect their brand, facilities, and employees’ and customers’ health and safety. You will drive sales and attain budget goals by leveraging prospecting, cold calling, and networking skills.

What You Will Do

Prospect and obtain customers to achieve annual new business sales goals, discover sales opportunities, and implement sales strategies. You will partner with our service team and corporate account team to solve customers’ pest problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1.5 years of business to business sales or Ecolab experience = 1 year of post-secondary education
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Home office with internet access capability
  • Ability to read and write in English
