We’re seeking a Director of Business Development to lead growth across British Columbia. This is a hunter role that requires building and maintaining relationships with municipal clients, regional districts, BC ministries, utilities, and private sector owners.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of professional experience in business development
- Established network in BC’s engineering and infrastructure community
- Demonstrated track record of winning work through relationship-led pursuit
- Familiarity with BC public sector procurement
- Understanding of UNDRIP and Indigenous engagement obligations in BC project development
