Requirements
- 8+ years experience in sales, customer success, or other customer-facing roles
- 5+ years experience in sales enablement, sales productivity, or sales training
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or technology companies
- Experience coaching sales leaders or frontline managers
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in sustainability, ESG, and responsible business practices
