Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in sales, customer success, or other customer-facing roles
  • 5+ years experience in sales enablement, sales productivity, or sales training
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or technology companies
  • Experience coaching sales leaders or frontline managers
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Interest in sustainability, ESG, and responsible business practices
