Requirements
- Lead academic planning, implementation, and classroom supervision for Classes III–V
- Support and mentor teachers with lesson planning, assessments, and pedagogy
- Monitor student progress and initiate academic improvement plans
- Coordinate class schedules, examinations, activities, and school events
- Maintain discipline, student well-being, and a positive learning environment
- Foster strong communication between school, teachers, parents, and students
- Prepare academic reports and assist management in academic planning
