We are looking for a Revenue Operations / Customer Lifecycle Manager to optimize the full customer journey, improve processes, and drive retention and expansion.
Requirements
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, or similar
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and growth drivers
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and data (e.g. HubSpot)
- Data-driven and able to turn insights into action
- Proactive, structured, and confident working cross-functionally
- Interested in automation, AI, and improving ways of working
- Strong communicator who can align stakeholders
- You have experience using Python
