In this position you will manage and develop a multi-layer team responsible for sales, marketing, communications, and public relations for BOMA International (including our institute, BOMI). BOMA International has been shaping the commercial real estate profession since 1907, advancing the industry through advocacy, education, standards and research.

Minimum qualifications include:

• 7+ years of progressive experience leading revenue-focused sales and marketing functions, ideally within a trade association with educational components.
• A track record of measurable revenue results through integrated strategy, direct marketing, sales enablement, pipeline management and performance discipline.
• Strong judgment and experience overseeing communications and PR strategy and execution, including earned media alignment and executive readiness, while ensuring message discipline and launch execution and excellence.
• Deep understanding of all facets of direct marketing, digital marketing and customer journey best practices.
• Strong people leadership, including experience leading and developing high performance teams, coaching performance and ensuring accountability.
• Proficiency partnering across the organization and rallying stakeholders around clear priorities and coordinated execution.

This position, with BOMA International (including BOMI, the institute), is currently located in Washington, DC with in-office days required. The position offers a competitive compensation package in the range of $160,000 – $200,000, including base salary plus commissions, and an excellent benefits package.
