Role Overview
Join eFlexervices as a Virtual Assistant to architect Growth and Lead Generation engines, focusing on HubSpot Sales Operations, Growth & Lead Generation, Outreach & Sales Support, LinkedIn Ghostwriting & Outreach, Contract Management, Executive Support, and Systems Building.
What You Will Do
Create deals, update deal referrers, conduct market research, build targeted Total Addressable Market (TAM) lists, organize and manage LinkedIn outreach sequences, log in as clients to manage their LinkedIn presence, send contracts through DocuSign, review GTM team inboxes and calendars, and create SOPs for growth tasks.

Requirements
- HubSpot Proficiency (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum of 2+ years as a Virtual Assistant or Operations Specialist
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, StoreLeads, and CRM management
- AI Proficiency: Experience with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT/Gemini) is required
- Execution Focus: A track record of maintaining consistency in daily output and managing repetitive tasks with discipline
- Operational Mindset: Proven ability to operate with minimal structure and a hands-on approach to building workflows
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills for professional B2B outreach and documentation
