We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager who is passionate about driving the continued success of EGYM Wellpass. The role involves supporting customers throughout their journey, collaborating with new customers during onboarding, and ensuring existing customers continue to receive the support they need.
Requirements
- Degree in business or comparable professional qualification
- At least two years of experience in Sales or Customer Success
- Customer Centricity
- Strong project management skills
