Role Overview
As a Sales Development Team Lead, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives and a Market Response Representative, optimize processes, and drive growth in the DACH market. You will work closely with Sales Managers, Regional Managers, Customer Success Management, and Marketing.
What You Will Do
You will lead a team, optimize processes, drive growth, and work closely with other teams. You will also participate in regular meetings with the management team and provide data-based updates on pipeline development.

Requirements
- Leadership experience in sales
- Cold calling & tech affinity
- Data-driven controlling
- Communication & problem-solving
- Fitness/health industry experience
- Tools: CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Language skills: German and English
- Travel readiness in the DACH region
