Requirements

• Hold a Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent
• Have a successful first experience in internships (ideally in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Marketing)
• Be punctual and organized
• Be comfortable exchanging with diverse stakeholders
• Be a driving force for creating relevant content and continuously improving support processes
