Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and contacting potential new customers to generate qualified sales opportunities. You will work independently to reach decision-makers and bring them into conversations through various channels, including email, phone, and personal customer visits.
What You Will Do
Your daily tasks will include outbound prospecting, multichannel outreach, conducting structured qualifications, booking qualified first appointments, and documenting all activities and conversation notes in Salesforce. You will also stay in contact with leads that are not yet ready to buy and develop them further.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be successful in this role, you will need to have existing experience in sales and telephone customer contact, as well as excellent communication skills in German and good English skills. You will also need to be able to work disciplined, process-driven, and adapt individually to your conversation partner.
