About The Role

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to support a high-performing hospitality sales and commercial marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced hotel environments and enjoys bringing structure, coordination, and execution excellence to sales programs, marketing campaigns, and guest-facing initiatives.

You will act as a key connector between sales, marketing, and hotel operations—helping ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, events are well-coordinated, and commercial initiatives are delivered with consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

This role is highly execution-focused and best suited for candidates with prior experience in hotel sales, marketing coordination, or property-level commercial support within a hospitality brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Support execution of sales and marketing programs across hotel and regional teams, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate planning and logistics for campaigns, events, activations, and guest or client-facing initiatives.
  • Assist with development of marketing materials, digital and print collateral, and campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional execution.
  • Maintain calendars, trackers, and reporting tools to support visibility into program status and deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing client-facing materials and presentations to support sales efforts and engagement initiatives.
  • Compile basic performance insights and reporting to support campaign evaluation and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with vendors, creative partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets and programs.
  • Support group sales and hospitality marketing initiatives, including promotions, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure high-quality execution across all deliverables with strong attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in hospitality sales, hotel marketing, or sales & marketing coordination.
  • Background in hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Wyndham, or similar preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales programs, marketing campaigns, or group sales operations in a hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and hotel operations teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute consistently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Salesforce exposure preferred but not required.
  • Experience with hospitality tools (Cvent, CRM systems, or reporting tools) a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting hotel group sales or commercial marketing teams.
  • Exposure to campaign reporting, marketing analytics, or performance tracking.
  • Experience working in large-scale hospitality brands or flagship properties.
  • Familiarity with client relationship management and hospitality guest experience programs.

Why This Role

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within hospitality commercial operations, gain exposure to sales strategy and marketing execution, and work closely with senior sales leadership in a high-visibility hotel environment.
