About the Role
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be a key contributor to the growth of Electrolux’s aftermarket business, with a focus on B2B retail and distribution channels. You’ll serve as a customer advocate and collaborate across departments to ensure exceptional service delivery. This role requires strong analytical thinking, a proactive mindset, and the ability to solve problems creatively. Success in this position depends on being adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement, while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute customer orders and requests accurately and on time
- Analyze performance data to identify root causes and lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce compliance penalties
- Maintain accurate customer data in ERP systems to support seamless order fulfillment
- Manage operational and analytical processes for assigned customer teams
- Collaborate with Finance and AR teams to oversee credit lines, past dues, and credit holds
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Service, IT, Legal) to support business goals
- Identify and implement solutions to operational challenges
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service
- Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track customer performance
