Role Overview

Formulate strategies for online platform, drive growth, and develop the channel to meet revenue and growth targets. Lead the team and cross-functionally execute comprehensive online sales and ecommerce business plan, and track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.

What You Will Do

Develop sales strategy, mentor, manage, and motivate inside sales team, develop new business opportunities, grow sales with new market penetration, handle customer complaints, and collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, after sales, and other personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Strong communication ability (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
  • Ability to tackle demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease
